Maidstone Motoliner Ltd specialises in checking the alignment of motorcycle chassis and straightening bent or damaged motorcycles and parts, including chassis, frames, cast / alloy wheels, discs , forks , yokes, handlebars and many other structural items. For race bikes we can also check new chassis are accurate for the best possible handling using our specialised Motoliner Jigs.

1975

Ray Palmer co-founds Molray, and begins developing techniques for frame repairs and motorcycle parts

1977

Molray installs its first Motorliner – insisted on by insurance companies. Develops methods for repairing cast wheels which are now being fitted as OE to many models.

1987

Molray dissolves, Palmer sets up Maidstone Motoliner next door in Dover Street Maidstone

1990

The team relocate and move to the current premisis in Aylesford. Purchase new equipment and expand the business.

1991

Tommy palmer joins ray at Maidstone Motoliner alongside a career in speedway and grasstrack

2000-2024
